Old failing pipework was excavated from the narrow service passage between two buildings, inspected, and fully replaced with new PVC soil and vent pipes, properly solvent-welded and graded. Steel uprights were set and a full corrugated iron roof structure was built out from the existing building, creating a wide covered outdoor area. The afdak spans the full width of the yard and provides permanent shade and weather protection for the space below.
Installation of linear drainage channels across a paved driveway and walkway area at a Bloemfontein property. Water was pooling and flowing incorrectly across the paving, causing damage and creating hazards. Channels were cut into the existing brickwork paving and fitted with steel grate covers across multiple runs, redirecting all surface water away from the buildings and garages. Clean finish that sits flush with the surrounding paving.

Old sheeting stripped off and replaced with new IBR corrugated iron laid over the existing steel purlin structure. Top surface view shows the clean new sheeting sitting flush across the full span. Underside shows the neat purlin-and-sheet layout from below, with the new roof giving the carport area a fresh, watertight finish.
