The home had not been painted in approximately 8 years. Gate MotorsGate Motor Replacement and Intercom Installation - Fichardt Park, Bloemfontein
The existing slide gate motor was 11 years old and had become unreliable - particularly during and after load shedding. The gate would stop mid-travel or fail to open at all after a power outage. The battery had been replaced the previous year with no improvement. The homeowner also wanted a video intercom added at the same time.

A 1990s main bathroom that had never been renovated. The original wall tiles were cracking in the shower area, silicone had failed completely around the bath surround and grout was black with mould throughout. The shower tray was cracked and leaking into the room below.
